A Johnson & Wales graduate who worked with local chef Walter Bundy for 10 years before branching out to open and design Bar West as a part owner. He is a fan of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, grilled in-season vegetables, and the Philadelphia Eagles. 

Chef Brad is co-chef owner of Bar West, and helps facilitate operations at River City Roll.

Tyler has not written a bio yet, he is too busy making the specials. -- Seriously I have been asking him to write something for months, and he just tells me to GTFO of the kitchen.

Walker is the quite creative type. He painted the murals on our back patio, and has contributed to our menu selection and specials on a weekly basis. His from scratch brunch biscuits will make you skip church before they run out.

Jess has worked with River City Roll and helped open Cocodrillo and Bar West. She enjoys Jameson on the rocks, watching the Eagles win with Chef Brandon, and hanging out with her best bud Staxx.

Hailing from Georgia, Tre has spent the last 5 years honing his skills, coming to Bar West to make an impact with his creative food. In his down time he enjoys fishing and cooking out, traveling to different locations to take in the local food and culinary scenes. 

Brian, local bartender with a heart of gold. He created our house cocktail “You Look Like a Snack” by combining his Latinx roots and his love for mixology. Come say Hi to him on service well, in between drink tickets, of course.

David has 10+ years experience bartending and managing across central Virginia. When he's not working, he enjoys science fiction, long walks on the beach, romantic, candle lit dinners, and unwinding to the soothing sounds of Napalm Death.

I made this website, and asked not to be on it, but Chef Brandon said if I put him on the website, I have to be on it too. I have 20 years experience in the Richmond restaurant scene, and have opened multiple restaurants. I have a wealth of wine knowledge, so come find me if you want to crush some bottles from my secret stash.
